Shipping + Delivery

All orders are shipped from Portugal, and are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Cobble Studios currently ships to the following countries:

Europe — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

United Kingdom (excluding British Forces addresses).

SHIPPING RATES + DELIVERY TIMES

Portugal & Spain
We offer two different shipping rates:

  • Standard (2-3 business days): 6€
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): 8€

Rest of Europe & United Kingdom
Flat rate shipping fee of €10.

  • European countries: typically 3–5 business days

  • Outside Europe: typically 5–10 business days

All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

TAXES + DUTIES

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
